• Form Cutting: Allows you cut shapes into printed sheets to produce standard and bespoke packaging and products.
• Lamination: Heat assisted film applied to material to give a gloss, matt or silk laminated effect.
• Embossing & Foil blocking: Embossing creates a three-dimensional image or design in paper. Foil blocking adhere to the paper leaving the design in foil, foil blocking can be combined with embossing to create a more striking 3D image, using gold, silver or any other metallic finish available.
• Saddle Stitching: Text and Cover are stapled with 2 wires through the centrefold.
• Limp Binding - Notched and PUR - Text and cover are glued together at the spine with strong flexible glue.
• Case Binding: Case-bound books have a hard rigid cover and are stitched or glued at the spine.
• Wiro Binding: Holes are punched along the entire length of the page, wires are attached or wound through to provide a fully flexible hinge on the spine.
• Loose Leaf: Single pages that can be collated into sets for fulfilment.

Distribution
We have a network of agents, specialising in timed and express deliveries. We have various delivery options not only to meet your express needs but also to cater for more cost effective deliveries. We have facilities to cater for receipt and dispatch of one envelope right through to 250 pallets of stock daily. Door to door deliveries with full track and trace. Proof of deliveries verbally, via fax or email.
